1. Products & Orders

  • We sell women‘s apparel: jeans jackets and printed floral dresses.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and fabric dye lots.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

 

For Jeans Jackets & Floral Dresses (Textile Safety – 16 CFR Part 1610):

  • Keep away from open flames, candles, and heat sources.

  • Follow care instructions to maintain fabric integrity and colorfastness.

  • Not intended for use as protective clothing.

  • For items with heavy prints or embellishments: check for small parts that may detach and pose choking hazard.

3. Safety Standards Compliance

4. General Certificate of Conformity (GCC)
For adult garments (not intended for children 12 and under), we provide a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) available upon request, certifying compliance with 16 CFR Part 1610 based on testing or a reasonable testing program. The GCC includes product identification, citation to each CPSC safety rule, manufacturer/importer information, date and place of manufacture, manufacturing batch number, testing dates, and record‑keeper contact.

5. Children's Product Certificate (CPC)
For garments intended for children 12 and under, we provide a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) based on third‑party testing at a CPSC‑accepted laboratory.
