1. How long does shipping take?

Currently, only to the contiguous 48 states.
4. What safety standards do your garments meet?
All our garments comply with the mandatory federal flammability standard 16 CFR Part 1610 (Standard for the Flammability of Clothing Textiles). This standard classifies textiles into three classes based on burning characteristics when tested on a 5‑inch fabric specimen held at a 45° angle:

Class 1 (Normal Flammability): Burn time ≥3.5 seconds for plain surface fabrics. Class 1 textiles are acceptable for use in clothing。

Class 2 (Intermediate Flammability): Applicable only to raised‑fiber surfaces with burn time between 4‑7 seconds. May be used in clothing。

Class 3 (Rapid and Intense Burning): Burn time <3.5 seconds. Class 3 textiles are hazardous and banned from use in clothing.
All our garments are Class 1 compliant.
5. What are the FTC labeling requirements for clothing?
Our garments comply with two key FTC regulations:

Care Labeling Rule (16 CFR Part 423): A "care label" is a permanent label or tag containing regular care information and instructions, attached in such a manner that it will not become separated from the product and will remain legible during the useful life of the product. Instructions must include at least one safe cleaning method (wash, dry clean, or both).
6. Do your children‘s garments require a Children’s Product Certificate (CPC)?
If any garment is intended for children 12 and under, we provide a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) based on third‑party testing at a CPSC‑accepted laboratory, including CPSIA lead (<100 ppm substrate, ≤90 ppm coating), phthalates (<0.1%), and 16 CFR Part 1130 tracking labels on product and packaging.
7. Do your garments have a California Proposition 65 warning?
Proposition 65 requires warnings for products containing any of over 900 listed chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm when exposure exceeds safe harbor levels。Some garments may contain listed chemicals, such as phthalates (DEHP) or perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), which have been cited in Proposition 65 notices for clothing products including jackets, shirts, shorts, and pants. When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning is displayed on product pages and packaging.
